Toshiba Launches its First Windows 8.1 Tablet, Stuffed with High-end Features

Finally, Toshiba declares its first Windows 8.1 tablets that feel astonishingly premium for devices in their price range. The company declared a number of late additions to its 2014 back-to-school devices that include a low-priced 8-inch and 10-inch tablets that will run on Windows 8.1 with Bing.

Moreover, the company also announced about its less-expensive 7-inch Android tablet, but Windows 8.1 tablets will surely rock the table market. All the three tablets from Toshiba will be powered by Intel’s quad-core Atom Z3735F processor.

When it comes to the price of this new Windows 8.1 tablet, the all new 8-inch Encore 2 will be priced at 199 with 1GB of memory and 32GB of storage, whereas the 10-inch Encore 2 will be priced at $269 with same memory and storage. However, the price of the original Encore tablet in an 8-inch configuration is $329. So, we can say that the price of the latest tablet has been decreased with enhancement in designs.

The Toshiba Encore 2 tablet is the company’s follow up to the previous Windows 8 tablet that launched by the company. This time, the company has decreased the price while the design of it has been improved. However, these are second-generation devices that come in both 8-inch as well as 10-inch sizes.

Both these tablets that will run on Windows 8.1 will surely gain huge response from people worldwide because of its wonderful features, performance and incredible functionalities that allow businesses to perform their day-to-day transactions easily.
